Reschedules within the 48-hour window will result in a $25 fee, while cancellations within the same time frame will incur a $50 fee. No-Show appointments will result in a $100 charge. After two No-Show appointments, if the credit card on file cannot be successfully charged, all future No-Show fees will be invoiced and retained on file. Additionally, any past-due balances must be paid in full before scheduling or receiving further services.
