Understanding PDO Max Threads
No cuts. No incisions. A very fine acupuncture needle and special dissolvable threads made of polydioxanone (PDO) are injected into the skin, and sometimes the muscle, to tighten the skin.
PDO Threads have a powerful dual effect. The first is to reposition the skin, giving a lifting effect. The second is stimulating your body’s collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. A rejuvenated appearance can be seen immediately following the treatment; however, the results will improve in the following days and weeks as the PDO Threads stimulate neocollagenesis, producing collagen. The skin’s overall texture is improved; it becomes thicker, tighter, and firmer, and other skin issues like open pores, fine lines, and wrinkles are smoothed away as well.

Michael Cilip, MD requires 48 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. A credit card is required to reserve all scheduled appointments. Reschedules within the 48-hour window will result in a $25 fee, while cancellations within the same time frame will incur a $50 fee. No-Show appointments will result in a $100 charge. After two No-Show appointments, if the credit card on file cannot be successfully charged, all future No-Show fees will be invoiced and retained on file. Additionally, any past-due balances must be paid in full before scheduling or receiving further services.
